Time to Make Plans

Our 50th Reunion will be held at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater, FL on September 25 – 27, 2020. A block of rooms has been set aside for our group with special pricing. Cost of room is $159.00 per night, plus tax. There are no other hidden fees such as resort, parking or WiFi charges for the room. A limited number of rooms have been secured for our group with the special pricing. Your reunion committee members have worked overtime to crunch numbers and negotiate the best pricing for our event. The fixed numbers are available at this point. Based on these numbers and our projection of how many are likely to attend the reunion, we have been able to place a dollar amount for the reunion. For both the Friday evening gathering and Saturday Banquet, the cost is $125.00 per person. This includes a suite for us to gather and hangout with light finger foods and refreshments. The food/refreshments will be available on Friday afternoon, Saturday all day and Sunday morning. For those wishing to only attend one of the events, the Friday evening casual gathering is $35.00 per person. Weather permitting, this gathering will be held outdoors by the pool. The Saturday banquet celebration is $100.00 per person. Dinner will be served, a photographer will be onsite and a DJ will be providing the entertainment for our listening and dancing pleasure. Other activities are still in the planning stages for Saturday evening. As always we request donations to help classmates on a limited income to be able to attend the celebration. This is a big milestone; 50 years next June we left Leto to move into the next chapters of our adventure.
